We were watching a show about top tips on selling your home, and one of the simplest tips they had that stopped buyers in their tracks was clearing the clutter. You'd think it would be common sense, but it seems it is not. If you want to clean the clutter up, you may make that sale a little quicker.

Simple tips like keeping things neat, picked up and all those extra knick-knacks packed away, seemed almost crazy that people would have to say it out loud. Apparently they did, and it was the number one problem people ran into! Again, to me, common sense, but I guess to many it isn't. Not everyone believes 80 collector dolls or teapots are cozy looking, and that kitchen counter with way too much stuff cluttered onto it...total turn off. Clear out the clutter and make the sale.
