bargains

When you start thinking about bargains, people automatically think it's a bargain if you're saving money. Think about that Halloween or Easter candy that's marked to 75% off. If you're on a diet, and buy all that chocolate, you saved money, but you're gaining calories.
We were looking at a car last night, and my husband thought it was a great deal because it was a 1 year old car, and was lowered $7,000. It was still more than he would have paid for a new car, a different model and scoffed about. It's interesting how he attached a $7,000 savings with the deal. It wasn't the car he wants, but it's a savings. Think before you buy something, just because it saves you some money, doesn't mean it's always the right choice.
