Are they have that great 2 for 1 sale on eggs. If you are getting the medium sized eggs then you can freeze them. Get an ice cube tray and crack each egg in its own little cube. The next time that you have to go and bake that cake just pop them out! You can just defrost them in a zip lock bag if you have to. This is a great way to not have to throw away all those costly eggs that you go. What is the point of getting more eggs if you are just going to throw them away….instead of saving you will actually be losing money!
